Martina holds the position of a Financial Analyst at VX Associates, where she performs market research, participates in various projects and assists the senior associates in financial modelling, company valuation and data analysis. Martina is spearheading the project on the economic impact analysis of the Croatian private equity and venture capital industry, including case studies.
Martina became passionate about finance during her analyst internship at LeitnerLeitner. Martina holds an undergraduate degree in Business Mathematics and Economics and an MBA in Human Resource Management. She is fluent in English and Croatian and has an intermediate-level knowledge of German. Additionally, she is a member of the Croatian Mensa and holds the Cambridge level 3 Certificate in ESOL International English (Proficiency*).
Martina has a broad mindset and puts great emphasis on constant education. She is constantly enriching her education through collected certifications in institutions such as Concord College (Shrewsbury, UK), Headington School (Oxford, UK) and Berlitz (Berlin, Germany). Martina always seeks improvement and challenges. She is an SIA-certified snowboarding instructor, was the junior dressage state champion when she was 14 years old and now actively competes in show jumping in Zagreb, Slovenia and Slovakia.
